Our American Girl Place Boston/Camping Trip

Hello! Guess what? The past week we were able to go the agp in Boston on our way to the place we were staying at!! We also went to several beaches, we went bike riding, and we had an amazing time! Jessie and Kailey came with us and they had a wonderful time too! Here are some pics from our journey!

Hello everyone! For those of you who don't know, huricane irene is moving up the east coast of the United States. Hurricanes are devasting, so please pray for those who live on the coast. I heard there will be very high winds, flooding, and even winds that are devastating to homes. Do you know anyone that lives on the east coast? Some of my family members do...... With Gods help anything is possible!

My Doll Display!

Do you have a special place where you keep your dolls? Do you display them somewhere?

I have a special place for mine in my room, where they are displayed! :)

I keep them on top of my book case, where most of my American Girl/doll related items are stored underneath. I keep some other AG/doll things in my closet and in other places around my room when I am not using them. I also have a smaller book case where my AG books are kept.

My Doll Room! I made many of the items found in this room and sewed the quilting for the bed.

I used a Hello Kitty trunk and covered it with a cloth and turned it into a desk as well.



I have also been collecting the AG Catalogs for a long time now.

Cecile and Marie Grace at the American Girl Place!!

Hello! This weekend Catherine and I were able to go to the American Girl Place in Boston. I know we just went to the American Girl Place in Boston we were able to go because we were driving to our vacation spot and it was on the way. When we were there we got the sweet peach glasses, the blue glasses, the silver glasses, and the exclusive pink bubble skirt!! Woop it was awesome! There were the spots where Cecile and Marie-Grace are going to be and here is what it looked like:

Ahh!! I can't wait to see what's inside the case!!!

Earthquakes are Scary!

Today my sister, mom, and I went dress shopping at David's Bridal. I was looking for a dress for a wedding.
All of a sudden the floor started to shake tremendously and there was this rumbling noise... My mom and I started running out along with everyone else, while the lady was yelling, "Everybody out!" As I was running in my very long dress and bare feet, I started seeing bits of the ceiling flying everywhere. It was very scary and none of us knew what had happened.

We all got outside safely, but were still trying to figure out what happened. A few minutes later, the news reporters said it was a 5.9 earthquake! It was felt from North Carolina to even Canada!

There were a few aftershocks and damaged reported as well, although I do not think anyone was hurt.

I am so thankful that none of the falling debris hurt us! Did you feel the earthquake?

My Blog Cupcake!

Yes... the title is kind of funny. LOL

Yesterday, my sister and I made cupcakes with chocolate icing!

They were actually shaped like muffins because we made them in a muffin pan, but they tasted like cupcakes.

I decided to get a little creative with the icing and decorate some of them! :D

Can you read my messy hand writing? ;) If you cannot, it says AG Friends! I could not fit the American Girl part of it because the cupcake was too small. hehe

Who is the next doll retiring?

So lately I have heard lots of rumors of what doll is retiring next.... I don't know what doll is retiring next. I have heard Josefina, Addy, Kit or molly but still no one I know is shure. Now for all of my readers, does anyone know which doll is retiring, or have an educated guess. Also we will be leaving today and will be offline till friday :( so no blog posts!! But please comment telling if you know the doll that's retiring.

My Mini Doll Collection!

Do any of you own the mini American Girl dolls? Have you gotten the chance to get one of the beautiful special addition miniature AG dolls?

I own six of the mini American Girl dolls myself! I would like to have the special addition Kit mini doll and maybe a few others... :)

American Girl Boston Trip 2011

We had such an amazing time, we stayed at a hotel there, and the agp in boston is located in a mall so we also went shopping. The mall there is AWESOME!! I totally reccommend this agp!
